One of the best things about our app is that we don't charge for our services. However, please be aware that your wireless carrier may charge for messages or data. We want to make sure that our customers have a seamless experience without any hidden fees or charges. That's why we offer online and mobile Account-to-Account transfers between Netspend Cardholders at no cost. However, if you choose to conduct these transfers through a Netspend Customer Service agent, a fee of $4.95 will apply to each transfer.
