Welcome to the ADP Mobile App, where employees and managers of companies using ADP products can access a variety of features right at their fingertips. Please note that not all features may be available to you, but if you have any questions, be sure to check out the FAQs in the Settings menu within the app.

Before we dive into the key features, let's make sure you're eligible to use this app. It is currently only available to employees and managers of companies using ADP products such as Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US (be sure to ask your employer for more information).

Now, let's take a look at the key features available to employees. You can easily view your pay and W2 statements, as well as request time off and track your time and attendance. This includes the ability to punch in and out, create timesheets, and update, edit, and approve time cards. You can also view your pay card accounts and benefit plan information, and even contact your colleagues directly through the app.

For managers, there are even more features to help you stay on top of your team. You can approve time cards and time off requests, as well as view your team's calendars and executive dashboards. This makes managing your team's time and attendance a breeze.

Now, let's talk about security. We take the protection of your information very seriously. All requests and transactions made through the app are routed through ADP's secure servers, and all network traffic between your mobile device and the server is encrypted. Additionally, any employee information stored on your device is also encrypted. Your account is protected by a username and password, and login sessions will time out after a period of inactivity. We also have measures in place to prevent unauthorized access, such as locking out accounts after multiple login failures. And for a fast and easy login experience, you can even use biometric authentication.

Lastly, let's go over the supported operating systems. The ADP Mobile App is currently available for Android 6.0 or higher. And for those interested in investment options, please note that they are available through the applicable entities for each retirement product. This includes ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc. (ADP BD), Member FINRA, an affiliate of ADP, INC, and Financial Engines™ Professional Management, a service of Financial Engines Advisors, LLC (FE). While FE's services are made available through connectivity by ADP, they are not affiliated with any ADP entity and are not endorsed or recommended by ADP.
